Zaki did a great job diagnosing the problem with our Smart Vent. We had been getting an error on the summer head, and he did an excellent job explaining our options clearly and calmly. Villara was prompt in sending someone out after we requested service, although according to the landlord, there have been repeated issues with the damper error over the years. Zaki was awesome! Hopefully, it keeps chugging along and continues to keep our place cool.

Anthony arrived on time and was super friendly. He let me know what he would be working on and approximately how long it would take. He wore shoe covers in the house and checked all the faucets, sinks, and toilets since this was a plumbing-specific visit. He also cleaned our tankless water heater. Anthony noticed that our kitchen sink faucet took longer than normal to heat up, so I explained that we have two remote buttons to get the water moving, but they never seemed to work. He took the time to reconnect them to the Bluetooth water heater system, and now they work great! He truly went above and beyond.

Raymond showed up on time, and after I showed him where everything was, he went right to work.
