In California, there is currently a shortage of both housing and skilled workers. With Villara: Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Solar, you’ll have the support, training, and opportunities to develop the expertise to take your career to the next level.

With the Villara: Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Solar Apprenticeship Program, you can train to achieve a journeyman level in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) or Plumbing and earn while you learn.

*Please note: Apprenticeship Program participation is only available to current Villara: Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Solar Employees with Manager approval.


Each employee is eligible to work with a Career Coach at Villara: Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Solar to identify a career path, develop skill sets, and advance toward professional goals.

Villara: Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Solar’s Career Coaching and Development team assists new employees as they navigate the onboarding process, adapt to their new role, and interact with supervisors. After 90 days of employment, the Coaching Program will help you to define longer-term career goals and a plan to achieve them.

Current team members work with Villara: Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Solar’s Career Coaches to develop skills, access resources, enroll in professional trainings and/or the Apprenticeship Program, and to receive dedicated support in achieving career goals and lifelong dreams. The Advance Learning Program (ALP) welcomes and encourages entry-level employees with little to no experience to take part in our course. Employees will receive 3-4 weeks of paid, hands-on, in-field coaching to help launch their careers.

New employees are paired with a seasoned technician who works with them to ensure they are proficient and ready to complete their tasks on their own.


Villara: Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Solar offers our employees the opportunity to register for classes taught throughout the year on varying subjects to improve their knowledge and skill levels.

Classes range from company training to technical and advanced training. With instructors selected from our very own leadership and management staff.
