Service Requests
Villara: Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Solar takes requests for maintenance, repair, and service Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
To request maintenance plan service, please call or click the “Book Online” button at the top of this page.
After-Hour Emergencies
After office hours, our answering service will take your message, but will be unable to schedule an appointment. If you are calling with a maintenance service plan emergency (no heating/cooling with small children or elderly persons in the home where extreme temperatures exist, water intrusion, or no operational toilets in the home), please inform our answering service operator, and they will notify our On-Call Technician, who will contact you shortly.
For all other non-emergency calls, your message will be returned as quickly as possible on the next business day.
