We also encourage our employees to do their part in giving back to their communities. Villara: Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Solar employees have participated in “Team In Training,” a bike team that raises funds to benefit the Leukemia-Lymphoma Society, as well as various donation drives from Coats for Kids to Operation Backpack.
